Early Construction’s pipe fabrication facilities located in Huntington WV, houses pipe, modular, hanger, and vessel fabrication. We have over 75,000 square feet of operational space, and offer three shift capability when needed. We can also provide a significant cost reduction from that of a local pipe fabrication facility by utilizing a composite crew, and the craft rates are far less than that of labor rates. Our pipe fabrication facilities are currently pre-qualified with a wide range of clients located throughout the United States.

The Early Construction Company works under the U.A. National Pipe Fabrication agreement, a charter member of the Pipe Fabrication Institute. The Early Construction Company holds the following stamps for work: “U”, “R”, “S”, and “PP”. In addition, the pipe fabrication facility has the ability to perform associated work that includes nondestructive examination, hydrostatic testing, and painting. Some of our projects involve “real-time” pipe fabrication, in which the customer requires pipe fabrication to be developed on a daily and weekly basis in response to existing changes on the projects. We have the ability to coordinate the changes between their site teams and the pipe fabrication shop, thereby eliminating any requirements for additional deliveries, on-site labor costs for downtime, or project delays. Operators and procedures are qualified and maintained in strict accordance with ASME Sect. IX and AWS D1.1. In-house testing capabilities include all sandblasting and painting, ceramic lining, and localized PWHT. Hydrostatic test pressures up to 9,000 PSI are available, and radiography is subcontracted to a qualified level III consultant located within a 5-10 minute drive of our pipe fabrication shop. We have a fleet of approximately 30 vehicles available for full in-house delivery capabilities readily available for deliveries anytime, on any day of the week.
